Bands. There are muscles that cannot be exercised effectively with weights or calisthenics that only Resistance Bands can.
Actually Resistance Bands mimic the tendon system of the body. A tendon attaches muscle to bone. So when muscles are stretched it's the tendons that limit motion as a "protective" mechanism, otherwise the muscle will tear. Also if somehow a Band does snap, it will "snap" inside the Safety Sleeve completely protecting the user.
Since the Bands are protected by the Sleeve they will last longer. Latex does dry out over time by excessive light exposure, along with standing on the Bands for particular exercises which can cause micro cuts and tears in the Bands leading to shredding and eventually snapping.
